Calvert City Pickleball players went to Henderson, Ky. to participate in the Baird Henderson Holiday Tourney December 8-10. It was held indoors at the Henderson County YMCA on nine courts. With 209 entries over three days, 15 players from far Western KY brought home eight medals, -6 Gold, and 2 Bronze medals.
This was a round robin tournament with playoff format. There was an Open Cash Event on Friday with a cash payout of $800. Awesome accomplishment for Brent Thompson and Jennifer Wilson as they played Mixed Doubles at 4.5 level and medaled.
