On 04/24/2024, Ja’Mari Patterson age 22 of Royal Palm Beach FL, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, speeding 30 miles per hour over the speed limit and reckless driving.
On 04/24/2024 deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle being operated by Joanna Ratcliffe with a passenger Dallas Boggs on US 62 in Marshall County. Deputies charged Ms. Ratcliffe with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding 23mph over the limit. Passenger of the vehicle Mr. Boggs, was charged with possession of a controlled substance 2nd degree (amphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and prescription controlled substance not in proper container.
On 04/23/2024, Corey Warford age 29 of Hardin KY, was arrested and a bench warrant issued out of Calloway District Court for the charge of failure to appear. Warford was also served a warrant for the charges of burglary 3rd degree and damage to animal facility.
On 04/23/2024, William Ahart age 51 of Dexter KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charge of probation violation.
On 04/21/2024, Shautres Tyler age 24 of Mayfield KY, was arrested and charged with violating his conditions of release.
On 04/21/2024, Chasity Vied age 43 of Hardin KY, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, possession of open alcoholic beverages in a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating on a suspended or revoked operators license and other traffic offenses. Vied was operating the motor vehicle when deputy stopped the vehicle on Hilldale Lane in Marshall County.
On 04/19/2024, James Hardy age 38 of Gilbertsville KY, was served a criminal summons issued by Marshall County Circuit Court following a grand jury indictment for the charge of criminal mischief 1st degree.
On 04/20/2024, Theresa Lindsey age 59 of Salem KY, was arrested on assault 2nd degree when deputies were called to a residence on Jailynn Lane in Marshall County for a disturbance.
On 04/19/2024, Jason Anderson age 55 of Ledbetter KY, was cited for criminal mischief 3rd degree when it was discovered that he had punctured tires on a vehicle causing damage over $200.
On 04/18/2024, Joshua Little age 39 of Hopkinsville KY, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 3rd offense, assault 3rd degree and resisting arrest.
On 04/17/2024, Gabrielle Dykes age 25 of Calvert City KY, was arrested on a criminal complaint warrant issued out of McCracken District Court for the charges of false reporting of an incident to law enforcement, harassing communications and violation of a KY EPO/DVO
On 04/17/2024, Mark Prather age 65 of Mayfield KY, was served a criminal summons issued out of Marshall District Court for the charge of cattle not to run at large.
On 04/18/2024, Nora Freeman age 42 of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct 2nd degree and public intoxication (controlled substance). Ms. Freeman was found lying in the road near Lazy Days Lane in Marshall County.
On 04/19/2024, Aiden Olar age 19 of Benton KY, was arrested and served a bench warrant issued out of McCracken District Court for the charge of failure to appear.
On 04/18/2024, Joshua Little age 39 of Hopkinsville KY, was arrested when the vehicle that he was operating was located stopped on the Eggners Ferry Bridge. Little was found to be under the influence and was arrested. When deputies attempted to handcuff Little, Little pulled away and assaulted two deputies. Little was handcuffed and transported to the Marshall County Jail. Little was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, assault 3rd degree (2 counts) and resisting arrest.
On 04/16/2024, Kaitlan Jackson age 28 of Benton KY, was served a criminal summons for dogs not being vaccinated against rabies.
