CFS completes in KCAC Tournament, Luke Grigg scores 1,000th career point

Christian Fellowship opened play Friday in Louisville in the Kentucky Christian Athletic Conference (KCAC) tournament with a 66-54 win over Highlands Latin. They lost to 48-43 to Heritage Christian in Saturday’s semi-finals and played Portland Christian for third place, falling 67-52.

Against Heritage Christian, senior Luke Grigg scored his 1,000th career point with a team-leading 15 points in the game. Andrew Dunning was named to KCAC All-Tournament Team for this play over three games. Dunning scored a combined 48 points and had 35 rebounds.

The Eagles will play at Marshall County (13-7) on Tuesday at 6:00 in the first of their two district games against the Marshals.
