The 4-Day 400 Mile Sale is happening again! The dates this year are Thursday May 31st through Sunday June 3rd. People are encouraged to list their sales in their local newspapers and on the 400mile.com website. Go to http://400mile.com/ and click on “Yard Sale Locations” to see many of the sales in your community along with
a long list of what they plan to sell at their sale. This will be our 14th year!
The 400 Mile Sale travels from just south of Paducah across the state of Kentucky to Maysville going through 60 communities and past hundreds of yard sales, side walk sales, and store sales. Lots of food trucks also setting up this year along the route. Great fund raiser for schools, churches, band groups, summer camp and more! The route take Hwy 68 which is a designated Kentucky Scenic Byway.
The landscape and farmlands are lush and beautiful this time of year. And you will be going past many historic sites such as the Jefferson Davis Monument in Fairfield KY, Fort Harrods in Harrodsburg, Blue Lick State Resort Park just north of Millersburg and through many historic downtowns as you take the road less traveled through the beautiful state of Kentucky seeking treasures along the way.
