Calvert City, KY (April 15, 2024) – On April 12, 2024 officers were made aware of a Marshall County Indictment Warrant that needed to be served and responded to an address on South Main Street in an attempt to serve. Joseph Nathaniel Goforth, 23, of 1367 South Main Street, Calvert City was arrested on a Marshall County Indictment Warrant for distribution of a matter portraying a sex performance by a minor over 12/under 18 1st offense and harassing communications.
