Mr. Garry Butler, 70, of Murray, passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at his home.
Mr. Butler was born on August 26, 1953 in Wyandotte, MI to Robert Butler and Betty Bolen Butler. Garry retired as an over the road truck driver. He loved to ride motorcycles, play guitar and fish.
He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Butler and a brother, Randy Butler.
Those left behind include his loving wife of 28 years, Mrs. Shirley Butler of Murray; his mother, Betty Butler of Murray; sons, David Butler of Hardin, Dustin Butler of Hardin, Nathan Barnett (Candy) of Lafayette, IN, Raymond Barnett (June) of San Diego, CA; a daughter, Sherry McElmurry (Shane) of Hardin; a brother, Mike Butler of Huntington, TN; 14 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 10 am on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Eury Tynes will officiate.
