Michael Paul Outland, 37, released this life on January 7, 2021 at his grandmother’s home in Dexter KY.
He was born on May 30, 1983 in Murray KY.
He had traveled the entire continental United States as a young man with his step father, Harry Kelley. Having worked in various jobs: lawn care, private catering wait staff, construction, oil/brake, well drilling, furs, his last job was as a cook at Captain D’s. His dog, Pebbles, was his loyal pet in Florida, Tennessee, and Kentucky. He enjoyed swimming, sharpshooting, playing video games, helping friends out as he was able. His faith was observed by baptism and Bible study. A terminal cancer diagnosis dimmed his future entirely.
He is survived by his mother, Paula Kim Kelley, sisters: Sabrina Outland, Amy Medina (Dan), Lori Lewis (Robert) and one Grandmother, Phyllis Perkins, aunts Nita Perkins, Sandy Wallace, Paula Outland, Christy Outland, uncles and wives: Loyd Outland (Vickie), Randall Outland (Karen), Ronald Outland (Charlotte), 2 nieces Victoria Gilbert and Carmen Medina, 12 cousins: along with grand aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his father Paul Ray Outland, grandparents Murlene and RG Outland and grandfather Larry Perkins, uncles Roger Perkins, Jessie Outland, and an aunt Shirley Ladd and husband Douglas.
His family shall honor his life with pay it forward acts, planting a tree and loving each other. Pandemic guidelines prevent an all out wake after cremation. Toast where you are, smile in memory and find comfort in our eternal hope that life is transformed by our living souls.
