On Tuesday, May 7, 2024, the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office arrested three people following the execution of a search warrant at a West Paducah residence.
In April of 2024, the Sheriff’s Office began receiving information of alleged drug activities taking place at a residence on Cold Springs Road in the West Paducah area of McCracken County. On Tuesday evening, detectives with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 5405 Cold Springs Road.
A large amount of Crystal Methamphetamine was flushed down the toilet while detectives were making entry into the residence. Three men, Jody Crenshaw, Justen Mann, and Lenard Duncan were arrested during the search warrant service. The investigation revealed that Lenard Duncan had flushed significant amount of Methamphetamine.
During a search of the residence and a vehicle on the property, detectives located additional Methamphetamine, Fentanyl pills, Adderall pills, Marijuana, assorted items of drug paraphernalia, and money believed to be proceeds of illicit drug sales.
Detectives located Fentanyl pills on the person of Lenard Duncan, Methamphetamine and Marijuana on the person of Justen Mann, and Methamphetamine on the person Jody Crenshaw.
Crenshaw and Mann were felony parole at the time of their arrests. Duncan was out on bond at the time of this arrest for trafficking in Fentanyl. Mann was also served with an unrelated outstanding parole violation warrant at the time of this new arrest.
Crenshaw, Duncan, and Mann were lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.

Charges: Complicity to trafficking in Methamphetamine, possession of Methamphetamine, possession of Marijuana, possession of a hallucinogen (mushrooms) and possession of drug paraphernalia
Arrested: Justen Mann, 41, of Springdale Drive (Paducah)
Charges: Conspiracy to trafficking in Methamphetamine, possession of Marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia
Arrested: Lenard Duncan, 40, of Cairo, IL
Charges: Trafficking in Methamphetamine, trafficking in Fentanyl, trafficking in Adderall, tampering with physical evidence, and possession of drug paraphernalia
