On 3/7/2024, Kevin Jetton age 37 of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charge of Probation violation.
On 3/7/2024, Austin Roberts age 20 of Benton KY, was arrested when the vehicle he was operating was stopped on US 641 in Marshall County for speeding. Roberts was determined to under the influence and was arrested and charged with speeding 12 MPH over the limit, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (aggravating circumstances), failure to produce insurance, operating a motor vehicle with an expired operators license.
On 3/5/2024, Ryan Silliman age 44 of Hardin KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of McCracken district court for the charge of failure to appear.
On 3/6/2024, Terry Duncan age 50 of Calvert City KY, was served an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit court for the charges of Unlawful imprisonment 1st degree, assault 4th degree, possession of controlled substance 1st offense (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
On 3/11/2024, Recil Morris age 34 of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested when the vehicle Morris was operating was attempted to be stopped on US 641 N in Marshall County. Morris failed to stop but later pulled over. Morris was arrested and charged with fleeing and evading police 2nd degree, no insurance 2nd offense, driving on a dui suspended license 3rd offense, and no registration.
