01/12/2024, Christine Mastie age 33 of Benton KY, was arrested on a criminal complaint warrant requested by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office. Mastie was charged with terroristic threatening 3rd degree and lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
On 01/12/2024, Howard Langston age 62 of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall District court for the charge of failure to appear in court.
On 01/14/2024, Warren King age 25 of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
On 01/14/2024, David Brown age 50 of Hardin KY, was arrested on two bench warrants, both issued out of Marshall District Court for the charge of failure to appear.
On 01/14/2024, Schenea Ruiz age 33 of Benton KY, was arrested on a criminal complaint warrant issued out of McCracken District Court for the charge of assault 4th degree.
On 01/14/2024, Cody Gentry age 32 of Benton KY, was arrested on a criminal complaint warrant issued out of McCracken district court for the charge of assault 4th degree.
On 01/14/2024, Marshall County Deputies responded to a hotel in Benton where it was reported that a female with outstanding warrants, Hope Littlepage, was staying. Deputies located Littlepage and she was arrested on 2 warrants issued out of McCracken Circuit warrant, both for probation violation. While arresting Littlepage, deputies observed illegal narcotics in the room. A search warrant was obtained for the hotel room and deputies located methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Hope Littlepage age 49 was arrested on additional charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ronnie Belt, age 45 was also staying in the room and was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

-Just after 10:00 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to a suspicious person at a business on US HWY 641 N. Deputies located Patrick Patterson (50), of Dalton, GA trying to locate his vehicle. After further investigation, Deputies learned that Mr. Patterson’s vehicle had been towed earlier this date on the opposite end of the county from where Mr. Patterson was located. It was determined that Mr. Patterson was under the influence of a controlled substance and Mr. Patterson was placed under arrest for public intoxication and lodged into the Marshall County Detention Center.
-Amanda Skelton (41), of Benton, KY, was served a bench warrant issued out of Calloway County District Court failure to appear. Ms. Skelton was arrested and lodged into the Marshall County Detention Center.
-Lawrence Sparks (34), of Benton, KY, was served a bench warrant issued out of McCracken County Circuit Court for probation violation. Mr. Sparks was arrested and lodged into the Marshall County Detention Center.
-Martyn “Pacer” Andrews (50), of Gilbertsville, KY, was served a criminal summons issued out of Marshall County Circuit Court for possession of controlled substance 1st degree – 2nd offense and drug paraphernalia.
