In mid-July 2023, drug detectives with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office, conducted investigations into several Paducah people involved with illegal drugs.
During those investigations, detectives identified Adarrius D. Sims, 28, of Paducah, as selling Crystal Methamphetamine. Detectives made an undercover Crystal Methamphetamine purchase from Sims.
On Friday, July 28, 2023, detectives presented this case, along with others, to a McCracken County grand Jury. The Grand jury returned an indictment on the Adarrius Sims for trafficking in Methamphetamine.
Sims was arrested on this indictment warrant without incident on 08/06/2023 by the Paducah Police Department. Sims was lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.
