Eagle Viewing Van Tours hosted by the Woodlands Nature Station

Two tours: February 4 & 5 | 1-4 p.m.

Discover favorite bays, shorelines, and roosting spots of bald eagles. We’ll search for these majestic birds as they soar through the sky and perch in the trees. Reservations required- call 270.924.2020.

Road Less Traveled Van Tours hosted by the Woodlands Nature Station

We’ll explore the “nooks and crannies” of Land Between the Lakes, discovering wildlife hotspots, scenic vistas, and historic jewels tucked away in the landscape. Reservations required- call 270.924.2020.

On Presidents Day, visitors can enjoy one FREE show per person at the Golden Pond Planetarium. Prepare to be dazzled by the realistic imagery, immersive experience, and 360-degree, surround sound, 40-foot domed theater!

It’s illegal to tear up roads, trails, and open lands at Land Between the Lakes, and the legal and financial consequences can be steep. Please travel and recreate with minimum impact. Learn responsible recreation tips from our partners at Tread Lightly!

The Motor Vehicle Use Map is the legal guide displaying roads and trails open to motorized travel. Off-highway vehicles are only allowed in Turkey Bay OHV Area and require a riding permit.
