Mr. William Allen “Bill” Halford, age 66 of Benton, KY died on Monday, December 14, 2020, at Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, KY. He graduated from Murray High School, class of 1973 and was a retired operator for 3A Composites where he worked for 30+ years. He was a veteran of the US Air Force.
Born Saturday, December 11, 1954 in Fort Belvoir, VA, he was the son of the late William H. Halford and the late Carolyn Ann (Thompson) Halford.
Surviving are his wife of 32 years, Cindy (Bohannon) Halford of Benton, KY; Daughter, Cara O’Daniel Green, husband Trey of Benton, KY, son, Matt Halford, wife Karra of Fort Meade, MD; sister, Kathy Thweatt, husband Joe Wayne of Almo, KY; and 4 grandchildren, Hannah Green, Emma Green, Colby Green, and Stella Halford. Also surviving are his niece Megan Gerding, husband Brian, great-niece, Claire Gerding, and niece Robin Dedmon, husband Marty.
Graveside funeral services will be held Friday, December 18, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the Brewers Cemetery, 2285 Jack Treas Rd, Kirksey, KY 42054. Bro. Trad York will officiate.
No public visitation is scheduled prior to the service. Graveside service is also private, so all services are private.
