On May 23, 2024, at approximately 7:00pm Samantha and Robert Arnett were arrested on Calloway County warrants after an investigation revealed that the couple neglected and possibly abused two children in their care under the age of 12. Both subjects were lodged at the Calloway County Detention Facility.

On May 17, 2024, at around 3:00 am, deputies conducted a traffic stop and discovered that Jesse Parker had an outstanding arrest warrant. This warrant stemmed from an incident reported on March 2, 2024, in which the victim claimed that Parker had taken a firearm and other property without returning them. Despite multiple attempts to contact Parker, authorities were unable to reach him, leading to the issuance of the warrant. Parker was subsequently taken into custody and lodged at the Calloway County Detention Center.
