On 06/11/2024, Carson Lee (36) of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall District Court for failure to appear. Lee was also charged following an investigation by Marshall County Deputies with criminal possession of a forged instrument 2nd degree, forgery 1st degree and theft by unlawful taking $500<$1000.
On 06/11/2024, Sophia Strange (42) of Paducah KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of McCracken County for the charge of failure to appear.
On 06/11/2024, Skie Penny (32) of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of McCracken County for the charge of failure to appear.
On 06/13/2024, Amanda Alexander (43) of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct 2nd degree and alcohol intoxication.
On 06/13/2024, Lori Blades (52) of Gilbertsville KY, was served 3 bench warrants issued out of Marshall Circuit Court, for the charge of probation violation in three different cases.
On June 11, 2024, around 9:00am the Calloway County and Marshall County Drug Task Force arrested a Murray couple for numerous drug trafficking charges. Detectives began a drug investigation at a residence on Arbor Creek Dr. where they located approximately 30.0 grams of Crystal Methamphetamine, 18.5 grams of Cocaine and Crack Cocaine, 14.9 grams of Marijuana, over $20,000.00 in cash believed to be proceeds of illegal drug trafficking.
Detectives arrested Andre V. Chism and Rebecca S. Holmes in connection with the illegal drugs found inside of the residence. Chism has an extensive criminal history with numerous prior guilty convictions for trafficking Methamphetamine and Cocaine. Chism and Holmes are both out on bond after being arrested for numerous drug trafficking charges stemming from a Marshall County investigation in October of 2023. Chism is currently out on parole at the time of his arrest. Both were placed under arrest with the assistance of the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office.

On 06/08/24, Wendy Garnett (46), was arrested on numerous bench warrants issued out of Marshall Circuit and District Court for the charges of contempt of court, failure to appear, failure to report to jail, and failure to pay fines.
On 06/08/2024, Caleb Pack (25) of Benton KY, was arrested on a criminal complaint warrant issued out of Graves District Court for the charge of bail jumping.
On 06/07/2024, Ralph Phipps (54) of Murray, was arrested on Karen Faye Lane when deputies responded to the area due to a complaint of a disturbance. It was determined that Phipps had assaulted another subject and was armed with a knife at the time. Phipps was charged with wanton endangerment 2nd.
On 06/07/2024, William Widmer (48) of Benton was arrested on a criminal complaint warrant issued out of Marshall District court for the charge of Criminal abuse and criminal abuse (child under 12).
On 06/10/2024, Adam Dumas (42) of Calabasas CA, was arrested when the vehicle that he was operating was in a collision involving a utility pole on Steamboat Road, which caused power to be lost to residents in the area. Dumas left the scene of the collision and was later located at his residence.
On 05/30/2024, Edward Langston (57) of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with assault 4th.
05/30/2024, Brent Gremore (38) of Gilbertsville, was arrested on a criminal complaint warrant charging him with terroristic threatening 3rd degree.
