Staff from the Marshall County Hospital were our guests on Coffee Call

The director of the ER at Marshall County Hospital, Terry Stearns and Julie Lane, director of infection control and quality improvement joined WCBL’s Cindy Riley on Coffee Call recently. Stearns says it is important to stay home and away from others as much as possible. If you have to go out, go only if it is a necessity and then go alone if possible, do not take your whole family. Stearns says we will likely see more cases in the county and the state as more test results come in and more testing is completed. Lane says no visitors are allowed at the hospital at this time unless it is for end of life or special needs. They say if you have symptoms, please stay home and go into self isolation for at least fourteen days and only come to the hospital if you are having serious symptoms.
