Golfadvisor.com has released it’s Best of 2018 lists and Marshall County is proud to have not one, but two courses ranked in the top 20 in the state of Kentucky.
Kentucky Dam Village State Resort Park’s golf course ranked at 14 on the list while Calvert City Golf and Country Club earned itself a spot in the top 10 coming in at number 7.
The yearly Golf Advisor state best-of lists are compiled by analyzing the ratings and reviews submitted by members of our community throughout the year. We use our Golf Advisor Index logic that weights newer reviews and combine it with a course’s weighted subcategory averages. Reviews from trusted and active reviewers are weighted heavier than inactive members.
Courses must offer public access and have received at least one review in 2018 to be eligible for this year’s list.
