Clifton Gerald Buchanan, 71 of Benton, Kentucky died on Wednesday, December 27, 2017, at his residence in Benton, Kentucky.
Born Tuesday, October 8, 1946 in Dexter, Kentucky, he was the son of the late James Buchanan and the late Mary Morris Buchanan. He was a member of Christian Fellowship Church.
He is survived by one daughter, Jessica Buchanan and fiancé JT Nall of Benton, KY; sons, Chris Buchanan and wife Lori of Calvert City, KY and Shane Buchanan; brother, Brooks Buchanan of Benton, KY; sister, Sandra Wallace and husband Chuck of Benton, KY; and five grandchildren, Ashley, Blake, Kynley, Gracie, and Ethan Buchanan.
A Funeral service will be at 12:00 PM on Saturday at Collier Funeral Home located at 211 West 5th Benton, Kentucky 42025 with the Rev. Richie Clendenen officiating.
Interment will be in Brooks Chapel Cemetery, Dexter, KY.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday, December 30, 2017, at Collier Funeral Home.
