On 05/01/2024, Sabrina Hamilton age 19 of Mayfield KY, was arrested and served a criminal complaint warrant issued out of Marshall District Court for the charge of theft of a firearm and theft by unlawful taking.
On 05/01/2024 at approximately 12:15pm, deputies were dispatched to Darnell Road in reference to a vehicle that had driven into a residence. Deputies located the operator of the vehicle, Michael T Culp. Culp advised that he had started coughing and passed out. Culp was found to be under the influence and was cited for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, operating a vehicle with expired operators license, no insurance and other traffic offenses. Culp was transported to the Marshall County Hospital by EMS due to his injuries.
On 05/05/2024, Kristi Chandler age 42 of Hardin KY, was arrested when the vehicle that she was operating was stopped on I69 in Marshall County. Chandler was charged with reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license, operating motor vehicle under the influence of substances 3rd offense, possession of a controlled substance 3rd offense (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance 1st offense (Hydrocodone), possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (drug unspecified) 3rd time or greater , possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, trafficking in a legend drug, prescription controlled substance not in proper container 2nd or greater offense, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to maintain insurance.
On 05/2/2024, deputies went to a residence on Wadesboro Road North in Marshall County in an attempt to serve a warrant on James Streit III. When deputies located Streit he was hiding under a porch. When deputies spotted Streit, he fled on foot. Deputies were able to apprehend Streit and he was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for the warrant and new charges. The warrant was issued out of Livingston Circuit Court for probation violation and Streit was also charged with the new charge of fleeing or evading police 2nd degree
On 05/02/2024 deputies went to a residence on Tubbs road in an attempt to serve a warrant of Elisha Anderson, age 46 of Benton KY. When deputies arrived at the residence they located Anderson and a James Stokes age 52 of Benton KY. Anderson was arrested on the criminal complaint warrant issued out of Livingston County for the charge of theft by unlawful taking over $1000<$10,000. Stokes was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine).
On 05/05/2024, deputies served a criminal complaint warrant of a female subject named Holy Ghost, formerly known as Melissa Smith, age 53 of Hardin KY. Ms. Holy Ghost was charged with terroristic threatening due to purchasing a firearm and making threats against another person.
On 05/05/2024, Deputies went to a residence on Oakley Road in Marshall County to attempt to serve a warrant on Darryl Tubbs age 45 of Benton KY. When the deputies arrived at the residence they located Mr. Tubbs and served him with the arrest warrant for failure to appear which was issued out of McCracken district court. Also located in the home was two other subjects who were not authorized to be at the residence, Courtney Nichols and Zion Currin. Nichols, age 32 of Benton KY, had an outstanding bench warrant issued out of Marshall District court for failure to appear in court and was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Currin, age 24 of Mayfield KY, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine), public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia. Tubbs was also charged with trafficking in of a controlled substance >2 grams 1st degree (methamphetamine) 2nd offense, possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 05/05/2024, Deputies located a Howard Wyatt age 66 of Dexter KY, at a residence on Oakley Road in Aurora. Wyatt was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (hydrocodone) and prescription controlled substance not in proper container.
On 05/04/2024, deputies responded to I69 in reference to an injury collision. When on scene deputies located George Rucker age 81 of Sikeston MO who had illegally made an u-turn causing an accident. Rucker turned in front of another vehicle causing injuries to the other vehicle’s operator.
On 05/03/2024, Jeffrey Blake age 69 of Mayfield KY, was arrested on two bench warrants issued out of Graves Circuit Court both for the charges of probation violation.
On 05/03/2024, Matthew Belyew age 38 of Calvert City KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Calloway Circuit court for the charge of contempt of court.
