Paducah Man Charged With Methamphetamine Trafficking

The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office initiated investigations over the past two weeks that lead to the arrest of a Paducah man today and the seizure of large amounts of Crystal Methamphetamine. The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Paducah Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration.

Detectives with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office identified 38 year old Marcus S. Johnson of Paducah as a source of supply for Crystal Methamphetamine. During the investigation detectives made numerous Methamphetamine purchases from Johnson. Detectives obtained search warrants for Johnson’s residence located at 1024 Tennesse Street in Paducah. Detectives also obtained arrest warrants for Johnson. The search warrants were executed on 06/16/2022.  Johnson was arrested without incident. During the investigation detectives seized approximately 321 grams of Crystal Methamphetamine, cash, and small amounts of Marijuana.

Johnson was lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.
