Mrs. Rosie May (McCoyle) Rogers, 94 of Symsonia, KY passed away Saturday, May 29, 2021, at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.
Born Tuesday, May 24, 1927 in Graves Co., Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Nathanial McCoyle and the late Sara Frances Elizabeth (Morris) McCoyle.
Mrs. Rogers retired after 20 years of service from Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah, KY where she worked in the Nursery. She was a seamstress and a member of Oakland Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are daughter, Lora Rogers Kerner of Symsonia, KY; sister, Mary Frances Seeger of Symsonia, KY; grandchildren, Leanne Kerner of Dallas, TX and Christopher Kerner of Tampa, FL.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, W.T. Rogers; one brother and three sisters.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Collier Funeral Home, Benton, KY, with Rev. Dr. Chris Fleming and Rev. Danny York officiating. Private Interment will follow in the Clarks River Cemetery, Symsonia, KY.
The family will receive friends after 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 2, 2021, until the funeral hour at 2:00 p.m. at the Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th, Benton, KY.
