Robin “Rob” L. Lowe, 71, of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away at 12:35 P.M. Monday, February 3, 2020 at ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah.
Rob was born in Horseheads, New York on January 29, 1949 to Clifford and Marjorie Lowe. He enjoyed spending time at the beach and had a great love for animals, especially those in Australia where his mother was from, and his Siamese cat Gina. He was an ordained minister who expressed his love for music by playing his twelve string guitar with the praise and worship band at Salt and Light Community Church. He will be remembered for the love he had for his grandchildren.
Mr. Lowe is survived by his wife, Delica Jane Meador Lowe; his daughters, Da’Awn Smitherman (Loy), of Holly Springs, Mississippi and DeLynn Conlee (Jeremy), of Hernando, Mississippi; his son, Thomas Lowe, of Sayre, Pennsylvania; his brother, Chris Lowe (Myra), of Fairport, New York; his sister-in-law, Joan Garrison (fiancé’ Calvin Trotter), of Mt. Vernon, Illinois; his brother-in-law, Brad Meador (Melissa), of Belleville, Illinois; his grandchildren, Brandon Conlee, Emily Conlee, Aaron Smitherman, and Rowan Lowe.
Mr. Lowe was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford Lewis Lowe and Marjorie May Allwell Lowe; his brothers, Barry Oxley and David Lowe; his father-in-law, Mervin Meador, his mother-in-law, Betty Meador.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon Friday, February 7, 2020 at Bethel Memorial Cemetery in Mt. Vernon, Illinois with Rev. Calvin Trotter officiating.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 P.M. Thursday, February 6, 2020 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
