Jeanene G. Nichols, 81 of Benton, KY died on Sunday, August 25, 2019, at her residence in Benton, KY. She was a cook for Marshall County Schools and of the Church of Christ faith.
Born Thursday, July 28, 1938 in Murray, KY, she was the daughter of the late Bonnie Garrison and the late Avis (Byers) Garrison. She was the wife of the late Kent Nichols.
She is survived by her son, Monty Nichols of Benton, KY; daughter, Kendra Lewis husband Terrie of Gilbertsville, KY; son in law, Lee Martin of Murray, KY; seven grandchildren, Derek Lewis wife Sarah of South Pasadena, Fl, Nicole Nichols of Paducah, KY, Nolan Nichols of Phoenix, AZ, Lucas Nichols of Benton, KY, Jessica Martin of Louisville, KY, Joshua Martin of Owensboro, KY, Gabriel Martin od Murray, KY; and three great grandchildren, Liliauna Nichols, Jaelee Nichols and Eden Nichols all of Paducah, KY.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and daughter, Terri Martin.
A Funeral service will be at 3:00 PM on Sunday, September 1, 2019 at Collier Funeral Home, located at 211 West 5th St. Benton, KY 42025.
Interment will follow in Marshall Co. Memory Gardens, Benton, KY.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until the service time of 3:00 PM on Sunday, September 1, 2019, at Collier Funeral Home.
