Billy Caughlin, age 70, of Bardwell, Kentucky passed away on Friday, June 23, 2023 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center.
Mr. Caughlin was born in Carlisle County on October 24, 1952 to the late Donald and Frances Caughlin. He was a retired construction worker and member of Laborers Local Union # 1214. Billy enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. He loved spending time with his friends, family and his dog, Lily. He was of the Baptist Faith.
Billy is survived by his brother, Dwight Caughlin (Sarah) of Bardwell; his sister, Debrah St. Arbor (Donald) of Arlington; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Barbara Kay Burgess.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at Milner & Orr Funreral Home of Bardwell with Rev. Bobby Dowdy officiating. Burial will follow at Cunningham Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell.
