
(LEXINGTON, Ky.)-Twelve Marshall County High School archers will represent the Marshals on the state’s biggest stage Tuesday when the MCHS archery team competes in the 2026 KHSAA State Tournament in Lexington.
The team is set to shoot beginning at 2:45 p.m. Eastern at the Central Bank Center, located at 430 W. Vine Street in Lexington. It marks another strong postseason run for the MCHS archery program, which has built a reputation as one of western Kentucky’s most consistent competitors in the KHSAA’s growing archery division.
Representing Marshall County at the state meet will be Braelynn McLeod, Shane Wenzel, Caden Hibbs, Emmalee Downs, Kenna Wilcox, Dallas Day, Ben Trabucco, Jace Linger, Emerson Odom, Keelyn Goheen, Lyla Loven, and Jeremiah Miller. Bella Joseph will travel with the squad as the team’s alternate.
The Central Bank Center, home to the University of Kentucky men’s basketball program, provides an electric backdrop for high school state competition and can accommodate thousands of fans.
