Stephen Garrett Phillips, age 59, of Mayfield, KY passed away Saturday, November 25, 2023 at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington, KY.
He is survived by his daughter, Brenda Abigail Phillips of London, England.
Mr. Phillips was preceded in death by his parents James and Peggy Boatman Younger.
A private family memorial service for Stephen Garrett Phillips will be held at a later date. Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY is in charge of arrangements.
