Lisa Jean Goldsmith Cryer, age 58, of Milburn, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2023 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center.
Lisa was born in Clinton, Kentucky on February 24, 1965 to Harold Goldsmith and the late Barbara Jean Patterson. She was a homemaker after working several factory jobs. She loved to travel and was known to always be on the go. She loved her family, cats, Chinese food and was an amazing cook. Lisa will be remembered for her friendly, cheerful, talkative personality, how she loved to laugh, and that she never met a stranger.
Lisa is survived by her fiancé of 28 years, Steve Franklin; one daughter, Nicole Goldsmith (Tyler Morgan) of Hickory; two sons, Dustin Goldsmith of Milburn and Zach Cross of Milburn; her father, Harold Goldsmith and stepmother, Jayne Frizzell Goldsmith; three brothers, Mike Goldsmith (Crystal) of Thebes, Illinois, Tracey Goldsmith (Star) of Olive Branch, Illinois and Shannon Patterson of Vienna, Illinois; and two grandchildren, Kylin Morgan and Myla Morgan.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Jean Patterson and her grandmother, Ina Mae Garrett.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, November 3, 2023 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell. Burial will follow at Roselawn Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm on Friday, November 3, 2023 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell.
