Reva Hagan, 77

Reva L. Hagan, 77, of Paducah, passed away peacefully from a lengthy battle of Alzheimer’s and Dementia on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Parkview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

Mrs. Hagan grew up in the St. John Community and was retired from Kroger in the bakery department. She was a member of Heartland Church. She had a love for her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She followed Christ’s example in love and service to others by preparing and delivering meals while visiting people in nursing homes, hospitals and shut-ins. Her life was lived out by the example of the Proverbs 31 woman.

Mrs. Hagan is survived by a daughter, Pam Hagan of Paducah; three sons, Ron Hagan and wife, Cindy of Paducah, John Hagan and wife, Nicole of Princeton and Tim Hagan and wife, Lydia of Calvert City; seven grandchildren, Brandon, Justin, Aaron, Kaitlin, Carla, Joshua and Abbey; two sisters, Wilma Kilcoyne and Theresa Crisler, both of Paducah; three brothers, Alton Schmitt, Earl Schmitt and Larry Schmitt, all of Paducah and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Hagan. Her parents were, Carl E. and Mable Lucille (Nanney) Schmitt.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with her son, Brother John Hagan officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, December 30, 2019 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
