Toy Holley, 85 of Benton passed away Thursday, July 4, 2019 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah. Toy was born on March 19, 1934 to his parents Clint and Mary Holley.
Toy was a retired heavy equipment operator and a member of International Union of Operating Engineers. He was a member of the New Harmony Baptist church. For many years, he and his wife enjoyed camping, fishing and following the Marshall County High School boys and girls basketball teams.
Toy is survived by the love of his life, his wife of 64 years, Jenne Smith Holley. His son, Terrell (Missi) Holley of Benton. Grandchildren Jessica (Luke) Phillips and Brandon (Emily) Holley of Benton. Great grandchildren Kyzer and Kamdyn Phillips and Brody Holley. His sister, Julia Downing of Benton and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Nathan Holley, L.D. Holley and E.B. Holley.
A graveside service will be held at 4:30 PM on Saturday, July 6, 2019 at Hillcrest Cemetery with Rev. Scott Penick officiating. Burial will follow the service.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Saturday, July 6, 2019 at Collier Funeral Home, located at 211 West 5th Street, Benton, KY 42025.
