Will Davis, a Freshman at Marshall County High School, ran two events this weekend at the KHSAA State Track Championship Meet—the 400 meter and the 4×400 meter relay. He was 20th seed time in the 400 meter and came in 10th with a time of 51.40 seconds.  This time is 0.83 faster than Will’s previous Personal Record! His relay team, which consisted of himself, Sean Janiec, Drew Coleman, and Jackson Miller, also placed 10th overall this weekend!

Will was up against some tough competition of seasoned upperclassmen runners.  He was the only Freshman to finish in the Top 10.  This is a huge achievement for Will and I’m sure we will be seeing great things over the next few years as he progresses in his sport!

Congratulations on your Top 10 finish and your new 400m PR Will!
