Lyndsey Draper, 33, of 250 Parks Street, Gilbertsville was arrested on July 11, 2018 on a Marshall County Indictment Warrant for flagrant non-support.
James L. Roedel, 38, of 392 Timmons Lane, Gilbertsville was arrested on July 13, 2018 for violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO. He was also charged with theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500.
Kevin James Eaves, 41, of 453 East 10th Avenue, Calvert City was arrested on July 15, 2018 for driving on a DUI suspended operators license 1st offense.
