Thurman represents Kentucky in KY-TN Border Bowl

Sevierville, TN – Marshall County senior football player, Cameron Thurman, was selected to play for Kentucky in the KY-TN Border Bowl which took place Saturday at Sevier County High School in Sevierville, TN. Cameron was one of 45 Kentucky seniors selected from across the state to play the Tennessee All-Stars.

Kentucky won 34-16 and Marshals Head Coach Evan Merrick said, “Cameron represented Marshall County well”.

Cameron recorded 59 tackles for the Marshals this season and was honored with a selection to the 1st Team All-Region, Honorable Mention All-State, All-Purchase Area Team and All-WKC Team.

Joining Cameron on the team from the Western Kentucky area was Mayfield’s Kincar Arnett, D’Avian Phillips from Trigg County and Hopkinsville’s Donterius Parker.
