(AURORA, Ky.) — Multiple emergency agencies responded Wednesday evening to a report of a person who may have jumped from a bridge in the Jonathan Creek area of Marshall County.
Marshall County Rescue Squad, Marshall County EMS, South Marshall Fire Department, East Marshall Fire Department, Fairdealing Olive Fire Department, Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, and Kentucky Fish and Wildlife personnel conducted a search of the area before suspending operations due to rough lake conditions.
Kentucky Fish and Wildlife is continuing the investigation Thursday morning. Emergency crews indicated they will return to the scene if additional information becomes available.
Authorities thanked all responding agencies and dispatch personnel for their assistance with communications during the incident.
