Warren “Huey” Case, 65

Warren “Huey” Case passed away at Countryside Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on June 19, 2024, at the age of 65. Born on August 12, 1958, in Cairo, Illinois, Huey was a model of hard work and leadership throughout his career as a Crew Leader at Mead-Westvaco.

Huey’s love for the outdoors was evident to all who knew him. He found joy in fishing, camping, and soaking in the serenity of the mountains and the beach. An avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, he spent many a day cheering on his team and could often be found enjoying a classic western.

Renowned for his kind and thoughtful nature, Huey was the epitome of someone who would do anything for anyone. His gentle spirit and unfailing generosity have left an indelible mark on the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Huey is survived by his wife of 45 years, Pam Case; his mother, Annie Case; one sister, Carla Franklin of Kevil; brother-in-law, Charlie Wallace (Brenda) of Gage; nieces and nephews, Melissa Ballard (Corey), John Walters (Amy), Tracey Citarella and Josh Franklin; special friend of the family, Mony Lowery; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Chester Huey Case; father and mother-in-law, Elliott “Red” Wallace and Star Wallace; sisters-in-law, Sheryl Walters and Sara Walters.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, June 23, 2024 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Wickliffe with Rev. Daniel Fraser officiating. Burial will follow at Wickliffe City Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm until the 2:00 pm service time on Sunday, June 23, 2024 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Wickliffe.
