Connie E. Hayden, age 69, of Paducah, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at her home.
Connie was born on July 31, 1954 to the late James E. Burns and Margie Dublin Burns. She was a graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School and attended St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. Connie worked in the Child Development School at Lourdes for many years. She was an avid mall walker, loved gardening, and raising flowers.
Survivors include her husband of 51 years James Bernard Hayden; one daughter, Jennifer (Justin) Ross of Calvert City, KY; two sons, Chris Hayden of Kevil, KY and Josh (Nancy Campbell) Hayden of Mesa AZ; one sister, Karen (David) Martin of Reidland, KY; five grandchildren, Kiersten Hayden, Brady Ross, Tyler Ross, Ariana Gibson and Dominic Hayden; one great-grandchild, Kialer Gibson.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 24, 2024 at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Clark officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 23, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home with prayers at 7:00 p.m.
