Marshall County Judge Executive Kevin Spraggs recently declared this week Family Resource & Youth Services Coordinator Appreciation Week. Resource officer Glenda Byers serves both South and North Marshall Middle Schools and along with resource officer Melanie Grimes who serves South Marshall & Jonathan Elementary joined us on WCBL’s Coffee Call program. Byers says the purpose of the resource center is to help provide food, clothing and shelter for those children who need it and to bridge the gap between school, home and the community.
