Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Arrest

On September 11th, 2023, at approximately 01:13am, deputies with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Silk Tree Blvd. The vehicle was a 2001 Mercury passenger vehicle.

During the investigation, it was discovered that the operator, 38-year-old Robert M. Oliver of Powderly, Ky, was in possession of a quantity of Crystal Methamphetamine, Marijuana and other items related to Drug Paraphernalia.

Robert M. Oliver was arrested and transported to the McCracken County Regional Jail where he was lodged.

-Possession of Marijuana

-Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Methamphetamine)
