PADUCAH, Ky. (Oct. 12, 2022) – KY 310/Turner Landing Road in Ballard County has reopened to traffic.
KY 310/Turner Landing Road has been closed since September 28 at mile point 1.25 for the replacement of a large culvert that carries a branch of Humphreys Creek under the roadway. This site is about halfway between U.S. 60 and KY 358/Bandana Road and is immediately west of a similar culvert that was replaced in June.
While the roadway has reopened to traffic, motorists should be aware that the excavation has a temporary cap and is marked by Break In Pavement signage. Caution is required. The excavation will be allowed to settle for several months before a paving crew returns to place a permanent asphalt cap over the culvert.
KY 310 is open to traffic at this time.
Thanks to everyone for your patience.
