Paducah Men Arrested on Drug Offenses

The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office arrested two Paducah men on Tuesday afternoon following a traffic stop in the West Paducah area of McCracken County.

On 07/26/22 at approximately 1226pm McCracken County Sheriff’s detectives stopped a vehicle for several traffic infractions near the intersection of Ogden Landing and Willmington Road. During the traffic stop detectives determined that the driver of the vehicle, 54 year old Billy Dick Jr.  of Paducah did not a driver’s license. He was also found to be in possession of a small quantity of Methamphetamine.

Detectives also located a additional Crystal Methamphetamine on the person of the passenger, 60 year old Herbert Essary of Paducah.

Both men were arrested and lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.

ARRESTED:  Billy R. Dick Jr. 54, of Park Avenue (Paducah)

CHARGES: :Failure to wear seatbelt, failure to signal, no operators license and Possession of Methamphetamine

ARRESTED: Herbert R. Essary Jr. 60, of Park Avenue (Paducah)

CHARGES: Possession of Methamphetamine and possession of Drug Paraphernalia
