Jeffery Michael Tapp, 64 of Benton, KY passed away at the Marshall County Hospital, Benton, KY Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 2:00 a.m. at the Marshall County Hospital, Benton, KY.
Born Monday, March 12, 1956 in Benton Harbor, Michigan he was the son of late Rollan Charles and Christine (Manning) Tapp. He was a retired pipefitter, plumber and welder.
Surviving are his sons, Justin Tapp, wife Shannon of Charleston, SC, Jacob Tapp of Portland, OR and Levi Tapp of Hardin, KY, brothers, Gary Tapp, wife Kim of Benton, KY and Randy Tapp of Benton, KY, sister, Carolyn Dowdy of Benton, KY. one grandchild, Annina Tapp of Charleston, SC. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Respecting Mike’s request, a private family graveside service was held at the Fairdealing Cemetery.
In honoring his request, no public visitation is scheduled.
