Charles Ricky Amis, 60 of Calvert City, Kentucky died on Friday, October 16, 2020, at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky.
Born Sunday, November 15, 1959 in Paducah, Kentucky, he was the son of Charles Amis and the late Peggy Shelby Amis.
Surviving are brother, Martin Amis wife Tracey of West Paducah, KY; one aunt, Doris (Bill) Fletcher of Benton, KY; one niece, Makayla Amis, West Paducah, KY; one nephew, Ryan Amis, West Paducah, KY; and cousins Tonia Allen, Mark GIfford, Drew (Sarah) Mayer, Taylor Mayer, Drake Mayer, Anthony Gifford and Aaron Gifford all of Calvert City and Trista (Chris) McElwayne, Landen McElwayne, and Linley McElwayne of Symsonia.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Amis was preceded in death by his grandmother, Eula Mae Burgess Amis and three uncles, James “Bubby” Amis, Jerry Don Amis, Sr., and William “Bill” Gifford.
A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Monday at Collier Funeral Home located at 211 West 5th Benton, Kentucky 42025 with Bro. Joel Frizzell officiating. Interment will be in Salyers Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Monday, October 19, 2020, at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th, Benton, Kentucky.
