Dr. Randon Prather of Gentle Dental Care in Benton stopped by for a visit recently on WCBL’s Coffee Call program. Dr. Prather offered some advice on proper dental care, including the use of a soft or extra soft toothbrush and to not brush too hard. Use toothpaste with fluoride and avoid those with whitening agents. And Dr. Prather says it is very important to floss regularly, use non-alcoholic mouthwash if you use one and to change your toothbrush every 3 months or so.
