Beginning in early July we will have a local market to buy our Fresh USDA Approved Angus Beef!!!
Farm to Fork will be opening at 823 US Hwy 68 E offering Beef from their Locally Raised Hormone/Antibiotic Free Cattle. They will be sending limited cattle out weekly to be slaughtered in order to keep the freshest meat possible available for you.
They will be offering all cuts of Steaks, Roast, Patted Burgers, and Packaged Hamburger Meat (1 and 2 pound varieties) just to get started. Farm to Fork has a few other things in the mix that will also be coming along in the next few weeks as they get the doors open, so be sure to go check out the Farm to Fork KY Facebook Page and watch for updates!!
I personally can not wait to check out this new local small business, and I hope that everyone else will do the same!
