Tyler Powell was named to the Region One All-Tournament Team, recognized along with 11 other players following Mayfield’s 56-44 win in the championship game over McCracken County on Sunday. Mayfield will play Region Four winner Warren Central Thursday at 8:00 p.m. in the KHSAA Sweet 16 State Tournament at Rupp Arena. Mayfield’s Kade Neely received the Joey Fosko MVP and Jordyn Naranjo of McCracken County received the Rex Alexander Award.
