A Marshall County man is behind bars on numerous charges, including sodomy and incest.
According to the Marshall County Sheriff’s office, deputies started investigating a case of possible adult abuse on Feb. 24. As a result of the investigation, 51-year-old John Norwood of Hardin was arrested and charged with 12 counts of sodomy 1st degree – incapable of consent – physically helpless, tampering with physical evidence, knowingly abusing or neglecting an adult, and incest.
Norwood was lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center. The investigation continues by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office.
