BENTON – After 38 years, the Benton location of King Brothers Supermarket is set to close as its longtime owners, Ted and Joan King, retire.
The store will begin a 20 percent off storewide sale on Wednesday. Owners of the Draffenville location said that there is no set closing date yet. The owners plan to continue the sale until stock at the Benton store is gone, which they hope will happen by the end of July. Only the Benton location, 409 E. 12th St., will close. The Draffenville location will remain open.
