Site is cleared – All lanes open

PADUCAH, Ky. (March 31, 2022) – U.S. 68 has reopened to traffic in Sharp area of northwest Marshall County.

U.S. 68 was blocked at the KY 1610/Mt. Moriah Road intersection near the 3.3 mile marker where high winds broke off a utility pole and brought down power lines.

Utility crews have made repairs at the site.  However, motorists should be alert for a work zone in this area on Thursday as an AT&T crew is expected at to continue communication line repairs at the intersection.

The site is cleared and all lanes are open at this time.
