Kristy Lynn Lindsey, 43, of 3787 N. State Street, St. Louis, IL was arrested on January 31, 2022 for theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting.
Nicolette Reagan Price, 27, of 246 Patterson Ferry Road, Calvert City was charged on February 02, 2022 with theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting.
Tawny Clinton, 33, of 206 W. Fairview Avenue, Eddyville was charged on February 02, 2022 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating on a suspended or revoked operators license, no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, and failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance 1st offense.
Austin Wade Powell, 29, of 606 Dyke Road, Benton was arrested on February 04, 2022 for driving on a DUI suspended license 1st offense. He was also charged with no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, failure of owner to maintain required insurance 1st offense, and failure to register transfer of motor vehicle.
Richard A. Jackson, 24, of 3896 Scale Road, Benton was charged on February 06, 2022 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
William Rondale Taylor, 25, of 719 Rowland Drive, Grand Rivers was arrested on February 07, 2022 on a Marshall County Warrant for failure to appear.
Dustin Wayne Stephens, 33, of 587 Elder Street, Calvert City was arrested on February 12, 2022 for possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine). He was also charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree (drug unspecified), possession of drug paraphernalia, and illegal possession of a legend drug.
