Born Saturday, March 11, 1933 in Greasy Creek, KY, she was the daughter of the late Hasten Rowe and the late Nervie (Dutton) Rowe. She was the wife of 63 years to the late Pat Wade. Mrs. Wade was a retired inspector for General Motors in Michigan.
She was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church.
Surviving are her daughter-in-law, LaWanda F. Wade of Clarksville, TN; four grandchildren, Janelle Warnake, Jody Renner, Jenie Renner and Jacob Renner. Also surviving are five great-grandchildren, Jacquelyn, Aleen, Nicole, Jonathan, Tommy and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, by son, Kevin Patrick Wade, daughter, Linda Janelle (Wade) Renner, brothers, Jim Rowe, Virgil Rowe, Eddie Rowe, Hank Rowe, Bernard Rowe, Ben Rowe and Estil Rowe, sisters, Catherine Howard, Sarah Hoig, Ruby Brown and Hattie Coleman.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, October 22, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Collier Funeral Home, Benton, KY. Bro. Mark Thweatt and Bro. George Culp will officiate. Interment will follow the service in the Mt. Pisgah Cemetery, Boaz, KY.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 22, 2021, at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th, Benton, KY.
