Judi A. Moore Bartlett, 68, of Paducah, Kentucky passed away at 5:03 p.m. Monday, August 16, 2021 at her residence. She was born on July 4, 1953 in Owensboro, Kentucky. Judi was retired from the Polk County Board of Education.
She is survived by her two daughters, Katherine Williams and husband, Arthur, and Teresa Choate and husband, Manuel, all of Paducah, Kentucky; son, William Gregory of Paducah, Kentucky; two sisters, Ann Moore and Fonda Le; five brothers, Bobby Russell, Bruce Russell, James Moore, Mike Moore and Scott Moore; three grandchildren, James Choate, Jacob Choate and Makayla Sparks; four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Judi was preceded in death by her husband, David Bartlett; sister, Gayla Moore and her mother, Katherine Watson.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
